Somebody Up There Likes Me

The Quietus have done it again. A publication / site which demands Marc's work be taken as seriously as Dave's. (That's exactly what my site does).
That will upset the "Bowie fans."

Don’t agree with everything that's written but that's not the point. At least there's a debate, not just hegemonic assumption. Sure. Marc was a motormouth who upset the music press in 1972 & 1973. He also alienated himself from his own band, producer and close friends by 1974. But that's not an excuse to ignore his output and unreleased material.

He even worked with some of the finest black musicians of the era.
